I usually scratch my head at the often negative market reaction to stellar investor concalls. CFO saved me the that angst by producing one of the most mediocre calls I've ever heard.

An un-refreshing change from that disgusting SMN pump call last year, but they could have aimed a bit higher than that dross. You can some up that new guy from Touchstone's performance as "deer in the headlight".

For once I can understand the market reaction.
