Are you saying they could supply then but cannot 15 months later? after a cap raise and other funding. that their business has deteriorated that much.

Yes they threw Plachas under the bus but surely the others cannot expect to come out still smelling like flowers, with some backing them. If they were in private business would they survive? of course not, only a listed company employee or a politician could survive such a poor performance over that timeframe.
