Well this pretty much sums up Tony.

No idea what is happening and  speaks without knowledge of the operations of his businesses. Doesn't own issues or retract statements and has third parties to clean up after him.

A simple phone call to the lab would have given him an eta and he wouldn't have made a media statement saying they were due that week and not delayed by over a month.

This leaves him in the position of being either out of touch with his business, incompetent or disrespectful to the market and more specifically the shareholders. 

Is there anyone left who thinks he can deliver a cobalt production when organising lab results seem to be out of skill set.
