TS stacked the shareholding via a closed capital raising with his buddies last year when there was chance that he could be ousted - so it will get majority shareholder approval.
Does need some scrutiny from ASIC though - maybe some will complain about this one as there is no obvious benefit to CFE shareholders for the deal that can not be achieved by keeping it in-house.
