This smells a bit fishy to me...the SA Advertiser contacted Parker and he expressed his disappointment in the decision.
“They also knocked back an offer I made, but I am very disappointed because I believe in the Kookaburra project and wanted to see it all the way through...the board told me their primary concern is that Lincoln is not in a position to proceed with the project as per my recommendation because the funding is not in place.”
