I dont know how they plan to pay for the drilling either, as per BKPs last announcement, BKP directors are coming for the millions owed to them from the "loans" that were issued, in the event of no cash to repay I guess they will be looking at resources to offset the payments, I doubt they would get sophisticated investors in on the "we kicked some dirt and found gold" scenario, so the best way is to do a CR through existing shareholders, back those trucks up
