    Hi @jefferies2 After reading the BKP announcement today , I would think it would be fair to say that the new management team there will be looking at any action open to them to get the loans CVS owe them fully repaid . My gut feeling is the deals struck between BKP and CVS ( Vost and Vost ) basically just before the board was replaced , will now be in some shaky ground ???
