That's correct. The ambiguity of the word outstanding is one companies often struggle with. Hopefully for shareholders they prove to be outstanding on both senses of the word.
The wording around resources is just a cautionary statement so they don't get pinged by the ASIC fun-sponges for making forward-looking statements. Any ASX announcement using the word "resource" is immediately scrutinised to make sure it's kosher with the JORC Code. It's a bit of a double standard, because Pilbara conglomerate plays are trotting out well-polished turds every day and not getting pulled up at all.
