I don't know WRM or VIC, but in the case of CVS I think of excellence as the reason for failure to follow through.

Excellence in ineffective management.

Excellence in incurring debt.

Excellence in being mixed up with impoverishment by other companies such as EUR and BKP.

Of course CVS may yet get itself off the hook with it exploration of the bonanza grade gold. However, the holes are pathetically few in number for revealing a meaningful general view - too few to show whether the the grade is extensively bonzer.
