Both Peter Francis and Glen Cunningham are substantial holders in ROG, list high on the Top20 and have held for quite some time.

East Coast Power's major project is a gas fired power station near Narrabri. Given Glen Cunningham's experience and knowledge in the field one would think he has done his due diligence on PEL's 457 and 479.

It could be said that East Coast Power have a substantial interest in the Talma pilot (if and when it goes ahead) and would almost certainly be involved in the proposed power station.
