re: Ann: Cerro del Gallo Gold/Silver Heap Lea... I am also no expert in these Studies. To me there is not a great deal of difference between this and the Scoping Study.
I think the best way to approach this stock is to deal with the things I know.

From the BSG example this management prefers to under promise and over deliver in the longer term.
For the board to bother to put in place the new management and for them to accept the role there must be some good upside. Whether it is with Cerro, Namquipa, Mt Isa or elsewhere we do not yet know but I am sure there is a plan as was the case with BSG.
They play their cards close to their chest and imo the only others in the know are the major investors. A good example of this is how Norm has held Namquipa, at a considerable dollar cost, for some time waiting for the right opportunity.

Fat profits has recommended the stock and I assume by watching the bids it must have been at 30c? As has been mentioned by Bolkin they previously recommended BSG at $1.05. I was amazed at the time as I had held it since 10c and was thinking it may have topped out. I dont think it was any coincidence that it continued to rise after that even though it did drop into the $0.90's first. Hopefully they are better at price judging now and 30c or there abouts will hold.
The 32 to 34c area has always been a strong support/resistance area going back to 05.

The fact that Pattersons one of the largest Brokers in OZ (I think Pattersons have) as well as FP have put their retail investors into the stock at these levels is very positive.
The only way Norm and co can make any money out of this stock is by selling all or part of it. This in my opinion is why they do not over hype the stock, they need it to have very good upside to attract a buyer?

In short trying to value this stock on fundamentals is very very difficult. While taking the above into consideration I think it is best now to use price and volume.
