The only script I would accept is BPT and even STO. Have lost all faith in management. They said no to SXY's offer and then fall over themselves to sell us far from full value. Can't believe they had the gall to say its in our best interest to accept a material premium. Dills. An increase from rock bottom price is not a material premium and script at that. A material premium is $1.20 plus and they and MIN know that.
