what exactly defines a superior bid? does matching all cash trump or does it have to be more, and then does MIN have to match the value, or the actual details of the bid....

I guess there is a possibility that MIN may have to swap and up their offer to all cash to match CERCG and so holders get the cash and no break fee.....
