Yes, AWE needs to issue a report in response to the formal bids. This report will include a geo report and valuation of AWE to determine if the bids are fair and reasonable. I expect the real bidding to commence after the issue of that report. I myself would not consider until I had read both the geo report and the financial report/valuation.
