The conditions will not be the same as this situation is greatly different.
They will not need FIRB and the DD condition will also not be required. Many of the others will differ and some others will emerge as this is a Scheme of Arrangment.
In any event, it is a great start for AWE shareholders. I am not certain that it is the end point just yet.
