And that is the basis I believe from which NAGs will negotiate a price for PASS. As a Price Taker rather than a Price Setter. In other words "make us a Offer that is reasonable and competitve" and we will take it.

That's what is meant by the term they used "competitively less than $140/T". The end result could be $68/T or $92/T or $109/T or whatever.

NAGs price/T will be competitive and reasonable - not cheap or dear but compelling. They also offer quality & compliance.

That's why NAGs will fill the pits with PASS (mainly from Infrastructure Projects) in the coming years ... they will be Price Takers imo.
