I think it is a positive move, they are doing a similar thing as AMP and are clearing out the deadwood and making a go of it. All companies make mistakes, its how they rectify those mistakes that counts.
Unfortunately the customers and shareholders were affected due to bad decisions. NAB is a big company and they are able to get the momentum again to move ahead.
