Thanks, no surprises, for explaining that strangle announcement about Theo and Dom and the cap raise. I’m glad there was a reasonable explanation, and not what I thought had happened!
I used to be a CM8 true believer, but holding the stock always caused me great anxiety! It's interesting what you say about their possible developments in blockchain and creating their own crypto currency, but as sexy as that might seem to the market, it just sounds more of the same somewhat weird way of trying to make money!
One day I sat down to try to work out where all the money disappeared to CM8's accounts.
I added up a small fortune in executive salaries, relocation expenses, monetised options, financing costs, and penalties for closing out previous financial arrangements. So far, management, financial consultants and financiers have done very nicely from CM8's earnings. Maybe one day shareholders will too!
Maybe one day CM8 will record cashflow profits, not in Australian dollars but in their very own crypto currency. They may even pay shareholders dividends in their crypto Currency!
i will put a news alert on CM8 and watch out for a market-moving crypto announcement. I would much rather they report being finally debt-free, though, and for them to report that shareholders will finally receive the long-awaited big cashflow present.
