Read it's history for the past 2 years, what management has presented, how communicated, and the types of transactions under taken, and u'll better understand. Make sure u don't miss the one where vendors were paid in shares sub 10c
Although raisings can form bases we all also know that's not the case always.
Can easily point to the initial large raise at 25c for CM8 in 2015, follow up raise at 16c in 2016. Then lower again this year. Or look at EGH.
Sometimes just better to find a good stock where management has established cred.
Hopefully management can convince the market and it does well for holders.
