With the big auditors they have access to hundred's, if not thousands of experienced partners, good systems, training etc.

The smaller firms should not be auditing listed companies like this. Quite a few times I have seen accounts be restated when ASX co's shift from small time auditors to bigger accounting firms.

I hope someone from the company is reading this thread, because these issues need to be addressed before investors will take them seriously imo.
