Have a read of the FMS HotCopper threads. We are (~50 Minority Shareholders), in contact with ASIC and now emailing many Politicians. We are receiving responses.
If Company Directors do not respond to concerned Shareholders queries then they will be made to answer to the Politicians. Especially the one representing the Mining Sector in your state.
Shareholders cannot afford to standby and accept empty promises anymore, they need to seek the answers themselves. EVM is not over, it is still breathing. EVM may require Political interference and supervision.
As KEG75 mentioned, if there are enough people out there questioning the proper departments then things should start rolling. I personally do not bother calling the EVM office anymore as I am fed up with the nonsense being fed to me.
By the way Company Staff are reading these HC posts. Many 'Modified' threads have being done so as a request from the Companies themselves. Just ask the HotCopper team as I have in the past.
All that I have stated above are in my opinion only and should not be considered as advice by anyone at anytime.
Kind regards,
GeoFrank
