Can you really count Apollo as a successful deal?

My point related to the fact if they don't do something, we'll all lose, as ASIC and ASX may take it further than just a suspension. EVM need to do something soon due to the cash on hand and their cash burn rate. All rumours and direct announcements point to something (potentially good). How true that is or will it come to fruition once announced remains to be seen. Track record doesn't bode well but maybe the suspension has been an eye opener for them.
