My opinion is that it's meant to read like something is about to break, even if nothing is about to break, or maybe they think something is about to break, but based on their track record, it probably won't. I am damn sure that they are working as hard as possible to make sure a deal is done, but we can only judge them on their track record, which is $1.26 million US, so far, for a deal finalised back in December 2012. No other deals have come through. They can blame the third parties as much as they want, but them's the facts in black and white.
