I’m definitely disappointed with he’s deflection to another company, but it’s a jungle out there and he’s no different to anyone else chasing the dollars. Obviously the gig wasn’t for him and I’m glad he hasn’t stayed around wasting our time. Turnover is good until we get the right capitano. Nothing wrong with fresh blood with big cahunas. I run my own business and if the guys are not up to it I’d prefer they just move on to a more suitable role. I’m looking for to see who’s going to be at the helm !!!
