Their competitors aren’t sitting still though, and they don’t have the apparent management/culture issues this company is beset with, so the core business could well cede some ground.
Given what we have seen from the largely static board over the years, how confident can you be that they will deal with the problem well? It may all work out, but the odds don’t look good.
