There is an at least equal prospect for losing ground to competition without committed, full-time appointees to two of the most important executive positions.

The founders of the business, who are taking on an increased role in the day-to-day operations (after willingly stepping back and also significant stakes in the business) have not proved that they can execute well and monetise their business. Rather, they have treated the company like their personal cash cow with outrageous compensation and executive perks.

We don't know who the new CEO and CFO are going to be. They could drive the business to the ground if they are bad appointees.

So yeah, it's not that clear cut to me. The fundamentals may not have changed, but they weren't particularly good to begin with, especially after the latest update which was mixed at best.

What I’ve observed is that a change was needed, and now change is happening. And people are complaining about it.

If it’s change versus continued stagnation, I’ll take change.
