You said it way better than I could.
As a holder, I want to see the company execute well and reward shareholders too. I just don't have any confidence that management can realise those goals (especially now that we are a rudderless ship with the top two executive positions vacant), so throwing money behind it is mostly hope and speculation at this stage.
