NO - I'd say about the same [going on rack rates] with minimal discounting, and then only when strategically positioned for entry into new sectors. However their bigger contracts seem to be at good margins and I believe they walked away from several large deals when asked to match lower pricing and / or where there were substantial infrastructure costs to servicing the contracts at the prices requested or the clients financials were dubious. They also lost several larger deals through not having the right connections, which is par for the course in this sector. The market [mis] information would have you believe they are winning big deals by offering an inferior product at lower pricing .
Whilst I do not know the intricacies of the deals of either company, I doubt the likes of the US / Brazilian / England / Belgian / German / Chinese / Australian FA's, the 18 EPL teams & Juventis and many of the top rugby sides, for which the cost of either's product would be very small change, would choose and / or stay with a product they did not consider to be the best.
I really doubt price will ever be the determining factor in the larger League / Association wide deals - data quality, reliability & client service will be. On data quality --- there are supposedly several independent assessments floating around [ none of which i would be entitled to discuss] but you are a shareholder in a public listed company - so go ask Catapult for them !!
