I would suggest you look at StatSport filings in the UK - registered as a small company they have certain exemptions on what/how they report but their balance sheet is there. Click here for Dec-17: StatSport Accounts

They also filed what's called a "registration of charges" with Barclay's and Northern Ireland Bank- because they have credit (debt). So I am not sure what you saw or who you talked to. Honestly it's quiet stupid of a "CCO" (your other comment below) to show/disclose any financials to anyone, especially a "sport tech follower". I frankly don't believe it and am of the view you're making everything up.

The £4m injection last year was pretty much a bailout for them. It was from Invest NI’s and part funded by ERDF under the EU Investment for Growth and Jobs Programme 2014-2020. I think they have another another 12m, so are desperate to win deals at any cost and that's why they are undercutting.

Don't confuse the NZ Super Rugby wins as true success. Remember its world cup season and All Blacks are on StatSports. So they want consistency of data measurement across athletes. The Blues win was likely due to the new conditioning head coach, who started late 2018, already being familiar with Statsport software - he was ex Chiefs and there is a 2013 video of him talking about the StatSport Viper product.
