Bracken's appointment is bewildering. Zero direct sales experience. No experience with in store finance (HUGE part of Michael Hill Business), a history of under performing stores and brands struggling to find relevance. The press release points out his 6 month probation.. like members of the organisation already doubt his credentials.. Sounds like MHJ is in for a tough year.
