Yes spot on @resourced. The Morgan's report is really just phoning it in with the bare minimum of effort. Marc Sinatra went to a lot more effort to explain all his assumptions and think about what the commercial model might look like. It's not even clear in the Morgan's estimates if they expect the company to partner (which they will) or build their own sales force (which they won't).
