thanks for your kind words, though I did allow myself to get a bit churlish post deal.

The hidden moral to me is Do More Research More Often. I'd looked into TIS many many moons ago and at the time for whatever reason it didn't attract my attention. In the (long) mean time I'd spent more time fixated on the shares I owned rather than looking into ones I didn't.

I'd forgotten how interesting it is trying to come to grips with a new company, it's a good intellectual exercise.
