Well they are still committing to announcing details of the 2nd licensing agreement THIS quarter. If they don't land it or announce it then we will see a strong sell off from those punters in for the short term catalysts. If they can't get this over the line (in terms of licence partner) especially in Japan, then management will have some explaining to do.
No license = equates to limited/no credibility in product: this is the way I see it and call it, so I hope management follow through on their forecasted time frame this time, as they have numerously reiterated the call in past three months. If a license deal fails to materialise and then they say … 'the deal wasn't good enough' or 'we are holding out for the best interests of shareholders' or we have competing offers that we have to sort through' etc etc, then it is time to run for the hills IMO.
Time is running out, would be grateful for any feel (in terms of management confidence), from anyone in attendance at the AGM.
