Typical Buyers are in the trenches . Don’t come out when the seller is prepared offload lower and lower . No need to step up until the silly season is over . Just accumulating at lines lower etc .

If that said - when it is over ,,,the story is good enough for buyers to climb out and pay more without fear of being dumped on.

There can only be so much stupidity in the registry / it has to exhaust at some point .

Looking forward - as Jorc increases - allows a wider and more informed market to step prices up to what we are at. Simpler path to cash flow while upside remains in many of our assets to enhance flake later on.
