The court cases are fully factored into the price imo. They have cash available for any settlements and reserves already recognised on the balance sheets too.
Dividend reinstatement will come, but I'm in no rush. So long as they are growing their loan books I can wait. There's enough cash available for up to and over 4cps per annum, but I prefer them to have fully rebuilt first - if they reinstate whilst continuing still continuing to rebuild their loan books the dividend won't be nearly as meaningful as they are growing them rapidly.
Who knows, if we wait 18 months 5cps divs wouldn't be unimaginable. The SP boost if that occured would really be something.
