I am not sure. It could be as the price is maintained higher than I expect for no indication of improvement in pulp prices (I do not know of any public information on this. Please share if you know.)

They didn't disclose the value of the Box hill property that goes with the transaction and there was no mention of any improvement of pulp prices, so I sold on the day. Although the price now is still higher than my sold price! bugger.
