Maybe we were reading different announcements, but confirmation that :
- they will in fact be testing batterings in the UAV's within 3 months;
- the Blitz agreement is progressing to testing in vehicles before end of 2018;
- first revenues from (seemingly) the blitz agreement by 1/2st half 2019
would seem reasonably significant to me.

That Kobi is confident enough to state that testing in vehicles is 'will occur' means dd has been progressing well in respect of both agreements.

Similarly, the aim to to strengthen the cash position via non-dilution sources must speak confidence in the position of the product in its development.
