Plus the $30k he charges the company for them to have a desk or 2 in his office...
so he owns 20% of a company with a market cap of $7mil (so his stake is $1.4mil) and he gets close to $200k pa in income from it... not a bad setup if you can get it.
Meanwhile the rest of the shareholders get zip...
