This is a formidable team - a very appropriate board with relevant experience and a CEO (full time BTW) with gusto and an extremely valuable network. He is there to run and grow a business, small Australian biotech needs people like this prepared to venture in and lift the calibre of management in an industry where we have good ideas and terrible execution. The pendulum has now shifted to the business side with a whole new board and a CEO who is without doubt talented. Haven't seen this sort of faith in a company that has struggled for so long, for some time, if ever.
