Lev had no personal frictions with the ousted board members, he even went and hugged Kerry after the AGM as said in the Courier Mail today. I think he had to remove them because they wouldn't move the company forward, as it really is more of a technology company then anything else these days, as thats what drives collection rates. Removing Kerry and Phil wasn't the end goal. The goal is to restore value to shareholders who lost money and who lev doesn't want being left out of pocket. So I think it will not be surprising if we see more board members go, as Lev will continue to push for change.
Anthony is doing a good job in a lot of areas, but he has no experience in working for a public company and could really damage it if given free reign. The company really needs new outside experienced directors and not the friends of the current guys as we saw with Phil.
