The update from barefoot was more a presentation of the facts, as they see them, spelt out nice and simply in dot points for the masses.

It didn't actually say which way they would be voting or how the masses should. What it did say, was he wasn't sure of Lev's angle/reasoning on it all.

In regards to ousting the directors, he mentioned that Lev didn't get along with the others and that personal frictions was the reason for his resignation.
