Demoltion works should have been completed by now and backfill completed circa 1st week of May.
Site development works were slated for end of July completion with land titles in August, so we should know if this sells out also shortly.
From title issue the estimated time by management is 47 weeks for completion per house.
Secret harbour was looking positive early April, but given we haven't heard anything since who knows how that is progressing.
