Don't know but there seems to be something behind the scenes in this bizzare set-up and Metal X going so hard when there biggest shareholder was directly linked to the biggest shareholder in TAM who seemed to have been the possible driving force behind TAM going with the NST offer over Metal X??
Not a good look this is for Metal X if they're cutting off their nose to spite their face if they're doing this for personal reasons and even falling out with their main shareholder if this is whats happened...
If Metal X don't win this I wander if TAM would have a cross claim against them for possibly holding NST back?
