Well that common Shareholding is news to me. Found it odd, but makes sense that TAM called out Allied's preference, even though its pretty obvious where Sh's will favour NST proposition. Allied could just feel vey uncomfortable about the MLx relationship and second largest Sh.
There's the allegation of collabarotive negotiation call by MLX suppose.
Bloody complicated this thing after all.
