Actually it is only TAM and not MLX who said via announcement that the initial JV proposal ("the Agreement") is subject to shareholders' approval. So if it is, and TAM did not solicit a counter-offer in breach of any conditions, then vote on it. The MLX agreement is also stated to be conditional on other third parties. Who are they? Did they have anything to do with NST's counter-offer?
