    TAM is a minnow with market capitalisation of only about $12m. Cheapest and most profitable thing to do is mount T/O for TAM. Problem that largest shareholder in MLX and TAM are the same....

    If NST pay up then spend all the money and do the development MLX would still hold a good slice and get a free ride.
