Expanding on my research I now see that the initial announcement by tam re Mlx stated "subject to a number of conditions precedent"..... Hmmm I wonder what all of those conditions were??? Would it have been something similar to NST's which states that it is subject to a superior offer???
Hmm the plot thickens.
