After going through all of mlx's announcements pertaining to this discussion I now smell a fish. At no time did Mlx disclose the full terms to the market. They just said in one sentence stating that it is conditional upon third party consents and regulatory approvals but that tells us nothing!
On the other hand Nst has revealed what the conditions are for all to see. I now suspect that Mlx has not disclosed the proper conditions that were before their hoa and in essence most likely mislead the market.
Time will tell but it really does smell fishy.
