I've got no idea what you are over-thinking in these posts Squire. Conditions are conditions. They are there for a reason - you can't just ignore them for your own purposes. The shareholders haven't voted yet. MLX seem to be inferring a breach due to collaboration by TAM. Unlikely that anyone posting here knows the exact wording of those clauses and if they were breached or not. MLX will have to prove it, if they want to stuff around padding the pockets of lawyers. There's nothing else to think about.
MLX should have demanded some nasty break penalties if they wanted better protection from poachers.
