Yep, it is a goodie. No wonder MLX are peeved. It was good spotting by MLX, just looks to be poor execution in the process. It wouldn't surprise me if MLX come back with a better offer. Then again, as you say, there are plenty of pickings out there for the astute and cashed up. Getting through the grieving process to moving on might be wise.
I hadn't done an analysis of TAM before now. By doing so, it confirmed their hidden value and with the drop on Friday arvo I felt the time was right to take a dip into TAM. If the legal stoush continues the sp might drop off some more. When the dust settles I envisage a bump up in the TAM sp.
As I have posted, it will be interesting. Skin in the game hones my attention to detail.
